LuckyOS

Text Message Consent

Operated by Lucky K.T., Inc.. In effect from October 15, 2026.

Who receives texts

Lucky K.T., Inc. texts its own delivery drivers a link to that day's route. Texts go only to staff and contract drivers with an account in LuckyOS. There is no public sign up and no marketing.

How a driver agrees

Consent is given verbally. Before switching texts on for a driver, an administrator reads the driver the script below, in person or by phone. Texts are switched on only after the driver says yes. LuckyOS records the time consent was recorded and the administrator who recorded it.

"We can text you a link to your route each working day, about one text per route. It comes from Lucky K.T., Inc.. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop, or HELP for help. Is it okay to text you at this number?"

As soon as texts are switched on, the driver receives one confirmation text. The driver can reply STOP to it right away to opt out:

"Lucky K.T., Inc.: You are signed up for daily route link texts, about 1 per route each workday. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help."

What a driver receives

One message per route per working day, for example: "Route 3 for Tue Nov 4: [link]". Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. A driver can also ask an administrator to switch the messages off, which takes effect immediately.
