Operated by Lucky K.T., Inc.. In effect from October 15, 2026.
LuckyOS is an internal delivery operations system used by Lucky K.T., Inc. and its drivers. It is not a consumer product. There is no public sign up, and accounts exist only where someone at Lucky K.T., Inc. has created one for a member of staff.
For each person with an account we hold a name, an email address, a mobile number where one has been given, a role, and whether the account is active. We hold a record of the delivery routes a person is assigned to and the deliveries they confirmed.
Customers of Lucky K.T., Inc. are businesses, not members of the public. For each we hold the business name and account code, a contact name, phone, fax and email where given, a delivery address, pricing, account balance, and delivery notes. Some of this is imported from our accounting system. We hold the orders placed and delivered for each customer.
Drivers can be sent a text message each working day containing a link to that day's route. A driver receives these only after agreeing to them. An administrator reads the driver the consent script published on our text message consent page, and switches texts on only after the driver says yes. We record when that consent was recorded and by which administrator. The setting is off for everyone by default. The link expires at the end of the run it was issued for.
We use Twilio to deliver these messages. Twilio tells us whether each message was delivered, and we record that result, together with the number it was sent to and any error the carrier reported, so an administrator can see whether a driver actually received their route.
No mobile information is sold, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Mobile numbers are passed only to our messaging provider, and only so that the message can be delivered.
Message frequency is typically one message per route per working day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. A driver can also ask an administrator to switch the messages off, which takes effect immediately.
Our messaging provider handles text delivery. Our hosting provider stores the system and its database. Our accounting system is the source of the customer list. Nobody else receives this information, and none of it is sold or used for advertising.
Account details are kept while the account exists. Delivery records and message delivery results are kept as part of the operating history of the business. Route links are short lived and stop working when the run they cover ends.
Anyone with an account can ask an administrator to show, correct or remove the personal details held about them. Where a record has to be kept for business reasons, we will say so.
